In August, Camp Odayin will be hosting a Minneapolis, MN fundraiser to raise money to send amazing kids with heart disease to camp. Attendees of the event will include other sponsor guests, parents of heart children, volunteers, and medical professionals from the area's clinics and hospitals.

Levels of Sponsorship:

Sold Out - Presenting Level at $10,000 ($8,000 which is deductible), includes 20 tickets
Platinum Level at $3,000 ($2,400 which is deductible), includes 14 guests and drink tokens
Gold Level at $2,000 ($1,600 of which is deductible), includes 10 tickets
Silver Level at $1,000 ($720 of which is deductible), includes 6 tickets
Bronze Level at $500 ($350 of which is deductible), includes 2 tickets

WAIVER OF LIABILITY ON BEHALF OF ADDITIONAL GUESTS: On behalf of the guests that I register to attend, I am signing the below “Waiver of Liability Relating to COVID-19”, “Waiver of Lawsuit/Liability”, and “Photo/Video Release.”

WAIVER OF LIABILITY RELATING TO COVID-19: Camp Odayin cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while participating in the Happy Hearts event. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to participate in the fundraising event you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.

WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY: I hereby forever release and waive my right to bring suit against Camp Odayin, its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, sponsors, and/or other representatives in connection with the risks assumed by participating in the fundraising event. I understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim I may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the above parties to use any photographs, video recordings, website images, audio recordings or any other record of this event.

As a sponsor, we will recognize and like/follow your business via social media for exposure to our 7,500+ Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn followers and give recognition on the Camp Odayin website for the year. At the event, we will present your logo electronically as well as on print materials and you will be recognized in the Camp Odayin newsletter (reaches 6,150+ individuals and businesses).
