Sold Out - Presenting Level at $15,000
Sold Out - Drink Cart Level at $3,500 - Includes 4 golfers (lunch, greens fees, cart, prizes & dinner) and 4 additional dinner guests.

Gold Level at $2,500 - Hole Sponsor with Golfers, includes 4 golfers (lunch, greens fees, cart, prizes & dinner) and 4 additional dinner guests.

Silver Level at $1,800 - Hole Sponsor, includes 4 dinner guests.

Platinum Pickle Level at $1,800 - Pickle Ball Sponsor, includes 2 pickle ballers and 2 additional dinner guests.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY ON BEHALF OF SPONSORSHIP GUESTS: On behalf of the guests that attend under my organizations’ sponsorship, I am signing the below “Waiver of Liability Relating to COVID-19”, “Waiver of Lawsuit/Liability”, and “Photo/Video Release.”

WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY: I hereby forever release and waive my right to bring suit against Camp Odayin, Dellwood Country Club, and its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, tournament sponsors, and/or other representatives in connection with the risks assumed by participating in the golf tournament or pickleball tournament. I understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease, COVID-19 or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim I may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the above parties to use any photographs, video recordings, website images, audio recordings or any other record of this event.
